We help students get into English-taught medical programmes abroad: medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine, nursing and other medical fields. We are the official representative of the foreign medical universities we work with. From your first conversation with us, one advisor handles your case.
Free consultation
Everything starts with a conversation with an advisor: by phone, on WhatsApp, online or at our office in Katowice. The consultation and the assessment of your documents are free and come with no obligation. You can book a time on our Contact page.
What the conversation with an advisor looks like
- You tell us what you want to study and in which country. Your advisor asks about your grades, school subjects and level of English.
- You get a short list of universities that match your results and budget, with tuition fees and living costs.
- You learn how admission works at each of them: documents, entrance exam and deadlines.
- You and your advisor agree on a plan for the coming weeks. The decision is yours, at your own pace.
First-year admission
Most of our students come to us for first-year admission. This is the path from choosing a university to your first classes:
- Choosing a university After the consultation, you choose a university and programme from the list your advisor prepared.
- Documents You create a candidate account in the student area and, in the “University application” tab, send scans of your passport and your secondary school certificate. We help with translations and any other documents the university requires.
- Entrance exam If the university requires one, we help you prepare for it. For some universities, we organise the exam on their behalf.
- Admission We keep track of the university’s decision and the deadlines. You pay the tuition fee directly to the university.
- Departure We help with the visa where one is needed, with accommodation, travel and the formalities on arrival.
- Start of your studies You begin your classes, and your advisor stays with you until graduation.
Our help with first-year admission costs €900. How we split the payment and when we refund the deposit is explained below, under “Fees and refunds”.
Transfer to another university
Already studying abroad and want to change university or country? We help with transfers, including from Ukraine to Poland and other EU countries, and to Italy, where you do not need to pass the IMAT for a transfer. Our founder transferred from Ukraine to Poland himself after his third year of medicine, so he knows this path first-hand.
- We check which universities will accept you into your year and which subjects you will need to make up.
- We prepare the documents with you: your transcript of records, the curriculum and their translations.
- You submit your application in the student area, in the “Transfer to another university” tab.
We set the price of a transfer individually, as it depends on your case. It may be higher than for first-year admission.
Entry into a higher year after other studies
If you already have a degree or have completed years of a related programme, some universities will admit you straight into a higher year. This shortens your studies and lowers their cost. Based on your education, we check which year you can enter:
- medicine and dentistry: the year depends on your previous studies and on the university;
- pharmacy: year 4 at the most;
- nursing and physiotherapy: year 3 at the most;
- veterinary medicine: year 2 at the most.
The final decision rests with the university, and the rules differ from country to country. As with transfers, we set the price of this service individually.
Resumption of studies
Want to return to your studies after a break or after being removed from the student register? We help you resume your studies at the same university or continue them at another one. We check which year you can return to, which of your completed courses the university will recognise and which curriculum differences you will need to make up. As with transfers, we set the price of this service individually.
Placements
We organise summer placements and the other placements your curriculum requires: in every country where they are compulsory and in every year in which they are required, including in your home country.
Support during your studies
Once you leave for your studies, you are not left without help. Every one of our students has an advisor for the whole of their studies, who helps with university matters and formalities, transfers and placements. This support is free for the whole of your studies and comes with no regular fees.
- The student area and the Edumetric app: contact with your advisor, messages, files, the “E-Dean’s Office” tab and a chat with other students.
- Free access to Medmigrant, our learning platform with questions for medical and dental exams.
- The Edumetric student card with your ID number, which is also your referral code.
Diploma recognition and work after graduation
Towards the end of your studies, we help with the recognition of your diploma in the country where you want to work and tell you which documents and exams you will need. If you are thinking of working abroad, start with our guides to working as a doctor in the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia.
We also offer specialty training and postgraduate programmes at selected universities.
